Before returning any merchandise you must request an authorization by contacting us by e-mail. We will accept a return for any item in its original condition within 20 days of shipping date.
Once received, items returned will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. After examination, you will be notified of the status of your return within 5 business days. Note that shipping costs associated with your order as well as shipping fees incurred to return the merchandise will not be refunded.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee. |
