Return Policy

We only accept returns that have not been worn, ridden or used.

All tags and Hygienic protection labels must be in its original condition.

Exchanges and refunds are allowed for returns that are made within 20 days (post dated)
from the original shipping date.

There will be a 15% Re-stocking fee for all refunds (except in case of defects or our error).

We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Once received, items returned will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department.

After examination, you will be notified of the status of your return within 5 business days.

Shipping fees incurred for the return of merchandise will not be refunded.
